A NEW KRILLION ADVENTURE
Noillirk: How to Play Krillion’s New Skyward Game
Your first thought might be your best answer. Meet Noillirk, our new common-answer game, and fly from a living forest to a sky full of sunshine.

What is Noillirk?
Noillirk is a free browser word game on Krillion. You read a category, type one familiar example, and send your spaceship upward. The name is Krillion spelled backwards, and the direction changes too: the submarine dive becomes a flight from the forest into the clouds.
If you already play Krillion Daily, you will recognize the open-answer format and pixel lettering. The scoring asks for a different instinct. Krillion rewards rare valid answers; Noillirk gives higher scores to more familiar answers in its reviewed lists. When a prompt asks for an animal, food, household object, sport or game, start with a clear name that fits.
You can choose a short shared Daily flight or keep going through Unlimited. Both begin in the forest after you press the start button, and both have their own anonymous rankings.
How to play your first flight
- Choose Daily or Unlimited. Open Noillirk Daily for seven shared questions, or Noillirk Unlimited for a longer run. Select Begin Flight when you are ready. Practice Flight starts an unranked attempt.
- Read the whole prompt. A short preview gives you time to understand the category before the 25-second answer window opens. Look for the specific group being requested.
- Type one concrete name. Give one animal, fruit, object, sport or game that belongs in that group. Submit with Ascend or press Enter. You do not need to write a sentence or explain your choice.
- Check the result. An accepted answer shows its name and points. If an answer is outside the list, you can try another while time remains. Pass or let the clock finish if you are stuck.
- Select Next · Ascend. The scenery shifts as your spaceship climbs into the next stage. After Daily round seven, select View Results to reach the summit and review the full flight.
Sound and motion controls sit above the scene. You can turn either off. Your score is visible beside the altitude reading, so you can follow the competitive result and the journey at the same time.
Noillirk Daily or Unlimited?
Daily is a compact challenge to return to each day. Everyone receives the same seven prompts for the current Beijing calendar day. The launch schedule has 100 days of Daily content: 700 questions, with no repeat question inside that schedule.
Unlimited has its own 400 questions. A new flight shuffles this separate bank, beginning with one question from each of the four subject groups. You can continue beyond the seven-stage skyward route, and the height scale moves upward as the flight grows.
| Feature | Daily | Unlimited |
|---|---|---|
| Length | 7 rounds | Up to 400 rounds |
| Question order | Shared daily flight | Shuffled for a new flight |
| Launch bank | 100 days / 700 questions | 400 separate questions |
| Answer window | 25 seconds after preview | 25 seconds after preview |
| Ranked progress | Completed seven-round result | Saved after each finished round |
| Practice | Available, unranked | Available, unranked |
Your existing Krillion identity is used, so you can play as a guest. Noillirk scores are kept on separate leaderboards. They do not replace a Krillion Daily score or enter a Rank match.
From forest floor to sunshine
The forest is your starting point: trees sway, leaves drift, a rabbit makes short hops near the pond, and small lights and birds move through the scene. A hot-air balloon passes above your spaceship. These details move independently while you think about the answer.
Finishing rounds moves the journey through the canopy and open valley, then into wind, rain and darker storm clouds. Clouds drift past at different depths. During the thunderstorm, brief branches of lightning light the surrounding cloud instead of covering the whole screen.

The altitude meter follows the round transitions. In Daily, the route runs from the forest at zero metres to the summit at 8,000 metres. After the storm, clouds open into warmer light, with a sun and rainbow waiting at the end.
The journey follows completion. You do not have to answer all seven questions correctly to reach the rainbow. A pass or timeout earns zero points, but finishing that round still lets you move on. Points measure your answers; altitude marks how far through the flight you have travelled.

Unlimited keeps going after this first climb. Subsequent questions increase your altitude further, and the meter changes its displayed range to keep pace with your progress.
Familiar answers, clearly named
Noillirk focuses on four groups: animals and nature, food and drink, everyday objects, and basic sports and games. The prompts ask for names you can picture, such as a kind of bird, a fruit, a kitchen tool or a ball sport. Pay attention to any qualifier: a broad animal name may not fit a request for a particular kind of animal.
Answer lists include reviewed standard names, aliases and spelling variants. A recognized alias receives the same score as its standard name. Use one answer at a time; adding several alternatives or an explanation can stop the entry from matching the list.
Scores follow an editorial ordering of familiar answers. They are game-design choices, rather than live survey percentages or a ranking of what players have typed. An answer higher in the list earns more points. The flight does not claim that every correct real-world example is already covered.
If a reasonable answer is rejected, first check that it fits the exact category. You can try a simpler name while the timer remains open. Use Krillion’s contact page to report an omission with the prompt and the name you expected to work; that helps us improve future answer lists.
Keep the two Krillion instincts handy
For Noillirk, think of a familiar, specific answer. For the original Krillion dive, look for a less expected valid answer. You can switch back to Krillion Daily or Krillion Unlimited whenever you want a different challenge. The Krillion rules guide explains the original rarity tiers, and the mode directory has more themed worlds to explore.
Noillirk questions and answers
Is Noillirk free, and do I need an account?
Noillirk is free to play in your browser. You can start as a guest without signing up. Ranked scores use a generated alias and a separate Noillirk leaderboard.
How many questions does Noillirk have?
The launch bank contains 700 Daily questions arranged into 100 seven-round flights, plus 400 separate Unlimited questions. Daily follows a 100-day schedule; Unlimited shuffles its own 400-question bank for each new flight.
Do I need seven correct answers to see the rainbow?
No. Finish all seven Daily rounds to reach the sun and rainbow at 8,000 metres. Passing or timing out earns zero points for that round, but you can still continue the journey.
When does Noillirk Daily reset?
A new Daily flight becomes available at midnight in Beijing, China (UTC+8). Players receive the same seven questions for that calendar day.
Does Noillirk change my Krillion score?
Noillirk uses your existing Krillion identity but stores runs and rankings separately. A Noillirk flight does not add points or depth to a Krillion dive.
