Information you provide

You can play without creating an account. Answers typed into a round are sent to the Krillion server for validation and scoring. They are not used to build a public profile. If you email the project, the message, address, and any information you include are used to answer the request and maintain an appropriate record of the conversation.

Local storage and game progress

Krillion uses local storage in your browser to remember completed dives, scores, unfinished progress, language choice, sound preference, and whether an update notice has been dismissed. This information stays on that browser unless you clear site data, use a private browsing mode, or the browser removes it. Krillion does not sync this local game history to an account.

Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics to understand aggregated activity such as page visits, device and browser characteristics, approximate region, and game interactions. Google may process identifiers, network information, and cookie data under its own policies. These measurements help find broken flows and decide which modes need work; they are not used by Krillion to identify a named player.

Advertising and cookies

Krillion may use Google AdSense to fund operation of the free game. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, local storage, device information, and prior activity to deliver, measure, and limit ads. Depending on your region and consent choices, those ads may be personalized ads or non-personalized ads. Advertising providers act under their own privacy policies and legal responsibilities.

Where required, the site will present a consent message before eligible advertising storage or personalized advertising is used. You can also manage advertising choices through Google's published ad settings and privacy controls, and you can block or delete cookies through your browser.

Service delivery and security

Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, request headers, timestamps, requested URLs, and diagnostic data to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and investigate failures. Limited technical logs may be retained for operational and security purposes. Krillion does not sell a list of registered players because the game does not maintain user accounts.

Third-party links

Some pages link to the Krillion companion wiki, product listings, or other external resources. A third-party site controls its own collection practices after you follow a link. Review that site's privacy information before providing personal data.

You can clear Krillion local storage and cookies in your browser, decline optional consent where offered, use browser tracking controls, or stop using the service.
